Business Personal Property Forms

Personal property, unlike real estate, is property that is movable or temporary. It is not subject to the restrictions of Proposition 13 and, instead, is assessed each year at its full market value as of the January 1 (the date when taxes become a lien on property). For more information, read the Assessor's business personal property information page.
