If you are blind, disabled, or at least 62 years old, have a total annual household income of $44,096 or less and are a US citizen or qualified alien, you may qualify to participate in the Homeowner and Renter Assistance program. This program provides cash reimbursements of a portion of the property taxes paid on your home or residence. Annual filing is required and the filing period for this program begins July 1st.
